A First Look Inside Bowdie’s Chophouse Savannah

Attention, Savannah! If you’ve been feeling like your night-out rotation could use a new restaurant, we’re hard at work creating an experience just for you.

Bowdie’s Chophouse is getting closer and closer to opening its doors in Eastern Wharf, where we’ll be bringing the signature steaks, handcrafted cocktails, and warm hospitality found at our other locations—but for now, we’re excited to share a quick update on how our newest Chophouse is taking shape.

Plans on Paper Are Starting to Take Shape

As you can see in the photo above, steel beams have arrived at our location! This milestone marks the point when plans that once lived on paper finally begin to take physical shape.

Before a dining room can be filled with sizzling steaks and excited guests, it first has to be filled with steel beams and construction crews—and with construction underway, we’re moving further away from the latter and closer to the former every day.

What We’re Building Toward

Of course, steel beams are just the beginning. Once complete, our Chophouse will be filled with the rich wood tones, leather accents, elegant table settings, and polished finishes found throughout our other locations, including nearby Hilton Head Island, pictured above—not to mention the expertly prepared steaks and handcrafted cocktails that define the Bowdie’s experience.

Our newest location, however, will offer an even more intimate version of that experience, with fewer than 100 seats throughout the restaurant and a private dining space overlooking the main dining room—creating a setting that feels especially suited to the character of Savannah. More Savannah Updates Are on the Way
